Your Role as Lead Veterinarian

This is your opportunity to step into a leadership role where clinical excellence meets compassionate mentorship. As our Lead Vet, you’ll help shape the direction of our medical standards, champion best practices, and inspire a positive, progressive team culture.

What we’re looking for:

  • BVSc or equivalent, with 5+ years of experience

  • A confident, capable clinician with strong surgical and medical skills

  • A supportive leader, keen to guide junior vets and collaborate with peers

  • A clear communicator who builds strong client relationships

  • Someone who thrives in a busy, high-quality practice and loves being part of a close-knit team
